Goat Cheese Ravioli with Artichoke and Sage

Ingredients:
1 package Pasta Nonna’s Goat Cheese Ravioli
Four artichoke hearts cooked in water with 2 garlic cloves, salt and juice from one lemon
4 sage leaves
A little olive oil

How to cook the pasta to perfection?
In an oiled skillet, cook the ravioli for 20 seconds on each side until golden.
Place the ravioli on paper towels.
Add the sage leaves to the skillet.
Add the artichoke hearts and stir.
Place the artichoke hearts in the middle of the plate and spread the fried ravioli around them.

This recipe works well with all Pasta Nonna’s raviolis
